Your tools, talking to each other at last

Data flowing between Xero, Shopify and HubSpot connectors

What integrations do inside Newcastlesys

An integration in Newcastlesys is a managed data pipeline between an external tool — Xero, Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, Stripe, MYOB, and more — and the Newcastlesys data layer. Once connected, data flows on a schedule you set (every 15 minutes is the shortest interval on Professional and Enterprise plans). The integration normalises field names, handles pagination, and retries failed syncs automatically. You see a live sync log so you always know the last time your data updated and whether any records were skipped. No manual CSV exports, no FTP folders, no fragile Zap chains that silently fail at 3 AM.

What makes our integrations different

We own the maintenance

When Shopify changes its API versioning or Xero deprecates an endpoint, our engineering team updates the connector. You get a notification; you don't get homework.

Secure OAuth connections

Every integration authenticates via OAuth 2.0 or official API keys. We never store your third-party passwords, and you can revoke access from within Newcastlesys at any time.

Live sync logs

Check exactly when your Stripe data last updated, how many records were imported, and whether any rows hit a validation error — from a clear, searchable log inside your account.

Custom integration requests

Enterprise customers can request connectors for internal tools or less common platforms. Our team scopes and builds these as part of your plan — no separate agency required.

“We run Shopify, MYOB, and a custom inventory tool built years ago. Getting all three into a single reporting view felt impossible. Newcastlesys connected the first two in an afternoon, then built us a custom connector for the internal tool within a fortnight. We finally know our true margin per SKU.”

Honest about what integrations can and can't do

Integrations work best when the source system has a stable, well-documented API. For very old or proprietary systems without an API, Newcastlesys can often import via flat-file upload on a schedule, but real-time sync isn't possible in those cases. We're upfront about this during onboarding — we'd rather tell you before you sign up than after. Similarly, if a third-party provider experiences an outage, our integration will queue the retry but can't bypass the upstream failure. The sync log will show you exactly what's waiting and why.
