Yes. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing month. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle and you keep the higher plan's features until then.
A data source is any connected external platform — Xero, Shopify, HubSpot each count as one. On the Starter plan, you can have up to three active connections at any time. On Professional and Enterprise, connections are unlimited.
No setup fees on Starter or Professional. Enterprise onboarding includes a dedicated specialist at no additional cost. The only costs are the monthly subscription fees listed above.
Yes — pay annually and get two months free on any plan. Annual billing is available at checkout or by contacting us directly if you'd prefer an invoice.
You can export all your data — dashboards, historical syncs, and reports — at any time before you cancel. After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days, giving you time to complete your export. After 30 days, it is permanently deleted.
